Studio Excellence & Workflow Design:

· Partner closely with Studio Account Leads, Creative Leads, and Delivery Leads to align vision, execution, and delivery.

· Improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across all stages of production.

Client Innovation & Proof of Concepts

· Lead client-facing innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept projects across all studio locations

· Collaborate with leadership, creative and delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to pilot hybrid content production models.

· Translate innovation into tangible client value and scalable offerings.

Team Leadership & Culture

· Inspire, mentor, and mobilize high-performing teams across art direction, styling, production, editing, and post-production.

· Foster a studio culture rooted in experimentation, inclusivity, continuous learning, and bold creativity.

· Act as a culture-shaper who encourages innovation and creative risk-taking.

Commercial & Entrepreneurial Impact

· Identify new revenue opportunities through innovative production models and consulting services for client-owned studios.

· Partner with leadership to position studio capabilities as a strategic, innovative, revenue-generating asset.

· Balance creative ambition with commercial outcomes.

Skills & Capabilities:

· Emerging Technology Expertise: Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, CGI, real-time capture, automation, and virtual production.

· Innovation Mindset: A trendsetter who anticipates where content creation is headed and leads change.

· Entrepreneurial Thinking: Commercially minded, with experience unlocking new ways to produce and monetize content.

· Client Partnership: Comfortable leading client innovation conversations and translating ideas into execution.

Typical Outcomes & Goals:

· Accelerate content speed-to-market while reducing production costs.
