Job Overview
This role supports organizational decision-making by designing and producing standardized measurement reports, data visualizations, and ad-hoc analyses. It involves gathering data and producing insights and recommendations to inform business needs. The role combines data analysis, strategic thinking, and automation, to help shape the future of digital-out-of-home analytics. Success is measured by the accuracy, quality, insightful communication, and timely delivery of reports that meet business specifications. The work impacts the organization by enabling data-driven insights and supporting end-user reporting needs through measurement and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate data inputs from multiple sources to ensure integrity of reporting data
  • Design, produce, and distribute mid and post-campaign performance analyses to define and present upsell opportunities based on performance insights
  • Support senior analysts and external partners in implementing measurement studies, reporting, and ad hoc analytics as needed
  • Modify and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on evolving business needs and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand campaign objectives and define client measurement strategies
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Prior experience with reporting (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytics (Required) - Experience communicating client-friendly insights preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Required) - Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint (Required)
  • Experience with SQL (Preferred)
  • Organizing (Required)
  • Problem Solving (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $22.95 - $41.40

    Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
