Ignite your sales career with the Spark Sales Rotation Program
Designed for experienced engineers with an interest in sales
, this program will allow you to rotate across various sales teams to develop consultative selling skills and technical expertise- sparking your journey toward a successful career in technical sales. Upon successful completion of the 2-year program, you will transition into a permanent placement tailored to your interests, demonstrated strengths, and business needs. Roles are remote-based and can be located anywhere in the United States with 30-60% travel. Preference will be given to candidates open to long-term placement in the New England, Midwest, and mid-Atlantic regions after the 2-year program.

You Will Make An Impact By

  • Shadowing Field Sales Managers to gain exposure to customer interactions and sales strategy
  • Assisting in responding to customer requests, preparing presentations, and developing sales tools
  • Attending customer meetings, both in-person and virtually
  • Supporting prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development activities
  • Delivering value propositions and elevator pitches to engage potential customers
  • Learning to overcome objections and gain interest from prospective clients
  • Investigating new markets and verticals to identify opportunities for future growth
  • Participating in all aspects of rotational assignments to gain a well-rounded sales perspective

Required Qualifications For Consideration

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5-12 years of experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated grit, resilience, adaptability, and curiosity
  • Ability to work in the US without employee sponsorship now or in the future
  • Willingness to travel 30-60% (travel is typically Tuesday-Thursday)
