Our job site professionals thrive under self-directed management to complete projects safely and on time. All job site employees participate and drive safety initiatives such as tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings to proactively identify safe practices for our people. Our crews rely on teamwork to drive results through strategic use of partnerships and planning.<br><br><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong>Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred<br><br>Travel: 60-75%<br><br>Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.</li><li>Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.</li><li>Performs wire and cable pulls.</li><li>Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.</li><li>Assists with material handling duties on the job site.</li><li>Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.</li><li>Maintains compliance with company policies.</li><li>Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, and customer-specific safety requirements.</li><li>Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.</li><li>Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.</li><li>Performs other related duties as required and assigned.<br><br></li></ul>The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
