## Responsibilities: đź“ŤCreative Content Production: Based on briefs from the Social Media Team and in line with Binance Brand Guidelines, develop high-quality, engaging content, including memes, infographics, GIFs, and social media campaigns, tailored for multiple platforms (TikTok, X.com, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram). đź“ŤTrend Spotting & Content Ideation:Keep your finger on the pulse of internet and crypto trends, leveraging emerging memes and digital trends to create relevant viral content, that maximizes impressions and engagement. đź“ŤCampaign Execution: Collaborate with the Social Media and other cross-functional teams to design and execute small, medium and large-scale social media campaigns that align with the broader social media, marketing strategy and brand vision. đź“ŤCollaboration Across Teams: Work closely with social media, design, content, performance marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity are adhered to across all social channels. đź“ŤBrand Building: Contribute to the growth and promotion of the Binance brand through engaging creative content, ensuring it remains relevant and relatable to crypto audiences across various regions. ## Requirements: đź“ŤAbility to independently create memes, on-brand social media designs, four-frame cartoons, and short-form video content or GIFs that connect with audiences. đź“ŤExperience in digital media, video production, or entertainment industries, working with social media agencies, creators, or media companies. đź“ŤGraphic Design background with the focus on social media channels. đź“ŤA deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, design, and opportunities for viral content creation. đź“ŤProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and video editing software. đź“ŤExperience in managing social media platforms and working with external creators for content collaboration desirable.
