Guidewire is seeking a motivated and talented Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Security team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, Privileged Access Management (PAM) system, and other IAM tools. Your primary responsibilities will include scripting, developing automation solutions, and developing automated reports to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our IAM infrastructure in support of internal stakeholders at Guidewire.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with IAM team members to understand requirements and contribute to the development of IAM solutions.
    • Scripting and coding to automate IAM processes and tasks, utilizing languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
    • Develop customizations and integrations for the IGA platform and PAM system to meet specific business requirements.
    • Create and maintain documentation for scripts, automation workflows, and system configurations.
    • Research and implement best practices in coding/configuration of custom scripts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and follow the org coding guidelines and bring them to the enterprise security team. 
    • Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into IAM operations and compliance status.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IAM systems and integrations.

Requirements:

    • 5-8 years of professional experience required
    • Experience with REST API, SaaS integrations, token based authentication is a plus
    • Experience working in Cyberark is a plus
    • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies
    • Experience with scripting and application development is a plus
    • Experience with devsecops is a plus
    • IT developer certification or any other IT course work / software languages in college is a plus
    • Prior experience with IAM tools, IGA platforms, or PAM systems is a plus but not required
