Role Summary
The Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online tutoring platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tutoring sessions, managing tutor and student relationships, and providing exceptional customer support.
KRA: Task / Activities
· Coordinate tutoring sessions between students and tutors
· Manage tutor and student relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues
· Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
· Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and tutor performance
· Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the platform and attract new students
· Identify and report technical issues to the development team
· Develop and maintain knowledge of the platform's features and functionality
KPI: Performance Metrics
· Tutor and student satisfaction ratings (measured through surveys and feedback forms)
· Number of tutoring sessions coordinated per month
· Customer support response time and resolution rate
· Accuracy and completeness of records and reports
· Contribution to the growth and development of the platform
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies
