Seasonal Lead Sales Associate

Job Overview:
The Lead Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure exceptional customer service and support the General Manager in all retail operations to achieve store excellence.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50/ Hourly
Compensation is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market data alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with pool and spa needs
- Accurately execute sales with the POS system
- Maintain an inviting store atmosphere
- Support merchandising and inventory tasks
- Responsible for open and closing duties, including handling bank deposits
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completed High School Diploma or in pursuit of such
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Possess 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Capacity to enter the succession program
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- Complete mandatory training within two months of hiring
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
