<p><b>Camping World</b> is seeking a high energy, motivated <b>RV Sales Associate </b>to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!</p><p></p><p>We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. </p><p></p><p><b>This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify. </b></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs</p></li><li><p>Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations</p></li><li><p>Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team</p></li><li><p>Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent is required</p></li><li><p>2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred</p></li><li><p>Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information</p></li><li><p>Valid driver's license required</p></li><li><p>May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices</p></li><li><p>Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>General Compensation Disclosure</b></p><p>This position is a 100% commission-based role. </p><p><b>++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++</b></p><p>The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
