<strong>Who You’ll Work With<br><br></strong>Slalom is seeking a Corporate Strategist to join our Strategy team. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead, develop and deliver the creation of enterprise wide and/or business-unit-level strategies to demonstrate the what, why and how to deliver business outcomes</li><li>Direct the development of complex situation assessments for organizations in highly dynamic, ambiguous and innovative industries</li><li>Coach and lead team members through research and assessment activities, including data-gathering, analysis, and data synthetization, to provide a digestible and compelling narrative to our customers</li><li>Provide key perspectives and thought leadership on emerging trends and their impact on industry and client opportunities and challenges</li><li>Build capabilities of the client team to think and work together as Strategist through the strategy development process</li><li>Mentor and lead other Strategists to grow in their expertise, taking an active leadership role in Slalom’s strategy communities</li><li>Build project and program-level roadmaps that enable long-term client success and align to Slalom-enabled work</li><li>Provide process mapping guidance for the team and support complex process mapping portfolios</li><li>Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solution details</li><li>Build and create strategy opportunities and solutions, including Slalom’s cost estimates, staffing plans, team structure and project timeline</li><li>Develop capabilities and solutions that align to our client’s “Why”<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of big 4 consulting background.</li><li>Experience and demonstrated leadership in key areas of Business Strategy and Process Optimization including:</li><ul><li>Business and Growth Strategy Development</li><li>Financial, Business and Process Analysis</li><li>Competitive Research & Analysis</li><li>Value Stream Mapping</li><li>Strategic Roadmap & Execution Plans</li><li>Executive Management & Communications</li><li>Continuous Process Improvement</li></ul><li>MBA required<br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position the base salary pay range is $94,000 to $145,000 for Consultant, and $130,000-$185,000 for Senior Consultant In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
