Contacts Policyholders and/or claimants, verifies coverage, sets reserves, sets up and/or issues payment using ERIE’s approved payment methods, and settles claims.</li> <li>Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim in accordance with ERIE’s expectations.</li> <li>Handles inquiries from Policyholders, Agents, insurance carriers, claimants and others.</li> <li>Enters loss information into claims system.</li> <li>Prepares correspondence, forms and related materials.
