Role Summary

Provides customer support across email, chat, phone and social channels with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support returns, exchanges and order issues
  • Communicate with warehouse, retail and operations
  • Maintain service targets and quality standards

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Previous customer service or retail experience

Hourly Rate (NYC Transparency)

$22–$28 per hour
Overtime paid according to NY law.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
