<p><b>Ready for a role where client partnership and premium service take center stage? </b>As a <b>Dedicated Client Service Partner</b>, you’ll be a trusted resource to the Cigna Account Management team—building strong client relationships, delivering insights, and driving effective program execution</p><p></p><p><b><u>What You’ll do:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Professionally communicate with internal and external customers while owning issues through resolution and providing timely and clear status updates</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Educate customers and Employee Services on Cigna programs, resources, and trends through one‑on‑one guidance and targeted training sessions.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Pull and analyze call/claim data to identify trends, prepare monthly service reports, and update the account team on notable findings or client issues requiring escalation</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate Cigna resources for customers with complex needs and handle related tasks such as customer/provider outreach and creating out‑of‑pocket ledgers</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Navigate multiple Cigna systems including self‑service, claim, and tracking platforms</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build strong connections with the OneGuide team to delegate issues appropriately and maintain clear, timely feedback loops with employees and HR.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What You’ll need to do the Job: </u></b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Professional level insurance industry experience, <span>required</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>2+ years of success delivering customer and producer communications, with the ability to understand needs quickly and pivot between customer interactions and client updates, <span>required</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience with Cigna benefits, products, and services, preferred Such as: MotivateMe, LMP, OneGuide, Cigna Telehealth, HSAB, EAP, ART, Salesforce, CMS, OneView, and/or Proclaim/VIPR, <span>highly preferred</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven ability to influence key decision-makers through strong negotiation, ambiguity navigation, and conflict‑management skills, <span>preferred</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience navigating Cigna’s matrix partners to triage customer issues (e.g., Dental, DME, Eligibility, Appeals, HSAB, Incentives), <span>preferred</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to set targets, manage priorities, and deliver creative solutions, <span>preferred</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><i>External applicants must have prior experience at The Cigna Group</i></b></p></li></ul><p></p><br /><p></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p></p><p></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,600 - 94,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<p></p><p></p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><p></p><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
