TOP TOY is a subsidiary of the Chinese lifestyle retailer MINISO, specializing in pop-culture-inspired collectibles and "trendy toys". Launched in late 2020 by MINISO, the brand has rapidly grown to 293 locations as of June 2025, we will open art toy shop in New York City, USA. At first will work remotely then work on-site.

1. Gain a deep understanding of the strategic goals and operational challenges of the supported business departments (such as retail operations, products, marketing, supply chain, functions, etc.), and provide targeted human resource solutions.

2. As a trusted advisor to the business department management, offer professional advice and support in areas such as talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and cultural implementation. Promote the effective implementation and execution of human resource policies, processes, and projects in the responsible business department.

3. Talent recruitment and allocation: Based on business development needs, lead or collaborate with the recruitment team to complete the recruitment of middle-level and key positions (including but not limited to headquarters functions, regional management, core business positions, etc.). Optimize the recruitment process, improve recruitment efficiency and quality, and ensure key talents are on board in a timely manner.

4. Performance management: Promote and guide the effective operation of the performance management system of the responsible business department (such as goal setting, process tracking, performance evaluation, result application, etc.). Assist managers in conducting performance interviews, provide performance coaching skills support, handle performance-related issues and improvement plans. Analyze performance data to provide basis for talent decisions and incentives.

5. Employee development and training: Identify the training and development needs of the business department and employees, and collaborate with the training team to design or introduce corresponding training programs.

Promote leadership development, successor planning in the business department. Coach managers to enhance their team management, talent development and coaching and mentoring capabilities.

6. Employee relations and corporate culture:

Be responsible for maintaining harmonious and positive employee relations, preventing and properly handling employee complaints, disputes and labor risks. Promote the implementation of the group's corporate culture in the responsible department, plan and organize employee activities to enhance employee dedication and sense of belonging. Ensure that human resource practices comply with national laws and regulations and company policies.

7. Compensation, benefits and data management: Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team, participate in the salary review, adjustment suggestions and communication of incentive plans for the responsible business department. Manage and analyze human resources-related data (such as turnover rate, recruitment efficiency, employee satisfaction, etc.), provide insight reports, support business decisions and HR strategy optimization.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or providing independent support for business departments in human resources.

2. Candidates with backgrounds in large retail chains, fast-moving consumer goods, brand management or related industries are preferred.

3. Candidates with experience in group-based, multi-format or multi-regional human resources management are preferred.

4. Professional knowledge and skills: Proficient in all modules of human resources, with solid practical experience and successful cases in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Deeply understand labor laws and regulations, and possess excellent labor risk prevention and employee relationship handling capabilities.

5. Excellent business understanding and commercial sensitivity, capable of converting business needs into HR initiatives.

6. Outstanding communication coordination, interpersonal skills and influence, able to establish trust relationships at different levels.

7. Good data analysis ability and logical thinking, able to propose solutions based on data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
