Position PurposeThe
Member Services Associate is the front-line guardian of the Project Wellbeing experience. This role exists to preserve the white-glove presentation, operational precision, and environmental control of the facility. While leadership defines the standard, the Associate ensures it is executedconsistently and without compromise
Every detail matters. From the turnover of recovery suites to the alignment of furnishings, this position protects the atmosphere our members expect: calm, immaculate, and seamlessly operated. This is a hands-on operational role that blends hospitality, discipline, and environmental awareness. Associates are hired into fixed schedules to promote accountability, continuity, and ownership of their assigned shift.
What Success Looks Like

White-Glove Presentation: The facility is maintained to a pristine, elevated standard. Environmental imperfections (misalignment, clutter, smudges) are corrected immediately and proactively.

Rapid Turnover: Recovery modalities and treatment rooms are reset efficiently between sessions in strict adherence to cleanliness and sanitation SOPs.

Inventory Reliability: Towel stations, coffee bars, locker room amenities, and consumables remain fully stocked without service interruption.

Member Experience Protection: Members are greeted professionally and supported with composure and attentiveness, ensuring seamless transitions throughout their visit.

Situational Awareness: Facility concerns, maintenance needs, and supply risks are identified and escalated before impacting operations.
Role Scope and Decision RightsThe Member Services Associate is accountable for the execution of daily facility maintenance and member hospitality tasks.

Execution: Responsible for independently executing cleaning, turnover, and environmental maintenance tasks according to SOPs and leadership direction.

Escalation: The Associate must report low stock levels or facility issues to the Facilities Director.

Collaboration: Partners with Member Experience Concierge and providers to ensure seamless member flow and handoffs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1) Facility Presentation & Maintenance
- Execute opening and closing procedures with precision and discipline.
- Perform rapid, high-quality turnover of recovery modalities and treatment rooms between sessions.
- Conduct continuous walkthroughs of lobby, locker rooms, spa areas, and gym spaces to maintain pristine presentation.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of wellness equipment (sauna surfaces, mineral soak clarity, equipment organization).
2) Supply Chain & Inventory Support
- Stocking & Replenishment: Ensure all towel stations, coffee bar, and bathroom amenities are fully stocked at all times to prevent any service interruptions.
- Laundry Operations: Manage the flow of linens and towels, ensuring a constant supply of clean, folded inventory is available for member use.
- Inventory Alerts: Monitor cleaning supplies and recovery consumables; escalate low levels before disruption occurs.
3) Member Experience
- Hospitality First: Greet members warmly and assist with immediate facility-related requests (e.g., adjusting room temperature, providing fresh towels, scheduling services and recovery modalities, completing transactions, answering phone calls/texts).
- Concierge Support: Collaborate with the Member Experience Concierge to ensure a seamless hand-off for members moving between the front desk and recovery modalities or provider services
Scheduling and Availability Requirements- Associates are hired into fixed, non-rotating schedules.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience & Attributes
- Experience in hospitality, spa, luxury fitness, or service-forward environments preferred.
- Strong environmental awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute structured SOPs with discipline and consistency.
- Professional presence and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with leadership standards.
Physical Requirements

Stamina: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift).

Strength: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (required for moving towel bins, receiving shipments, or adjusting equipment).

Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently to clean low and high surfaces.
