<p>What we are looking for in a candidate</p><p><br></p><p>● Creating relevant data reporting dashboards to support day to day business management & growth.</p><p>● Take ownership of the entire logistics & courier partnerships and be responsible for daily RTO management and NDR process.</p><p>● Define business problems basis data analysis, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics.</p><p>● On a daily basis, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.</p><p>● Develop strategy for new business growth and traffic & conversion improvement.</p><p>● Creating or modifying automated dashboards to support day-to-day tracking of business and product metrics</p><p>● Ability to quickly understand the end-to-end business and online product journeys</p><p>● An appetite to go deep into use cases and scenarios by way of investigation to solve customer-centric problems that are often invisible to managers</p><p>● Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business question.</p><p>● Manage basic shopify cataloging tasks and workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>Desired Skills and Experience:</p><p><br></p><p>● 0-1 years of relevant experience. Preferably in E-Commerce domain.</p><p>● Excellent with MS Excel. Advanced Excel will be great to have.</p><p>● Must be good in Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis.</p><p>● Hands on Experience on Shopify.</p><p>● Excellent written and verbal communication skills – important for a clear delivery of insights.</p><p>● Great to have skills - SQL, Google Analytics, Big Query, Python, Advance excel.</p><p>● Need to find a way to automate reports, or maintain existing reports.</p><p>● Exposure to & and understanding of business aspects: sales, product, marketing, revenue.</p><p>● Independent thinker, Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented.</p><p>● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>● Ability to work between departments to collect and collate information.</p><p><br></p><p>Industry</p><ul><li>E-Commerce</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Employment Type</p><p>Full-time</p>
