Job Description:

Are you a Customer service enthUKiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? If so, Apple Home Advisor is looking for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with Customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide exceptional support and assistance in a courteoUK and professional manner.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home improvement products and services. Be able to confidently answer Customer questions and guide them in making informed choices.

Order Processing: Efficiently manage Customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve Customer complaints and concerns, striving for first-contact resolution

Basic computer skills and proficiency in UKing Customer service software and databases.

PrevioUK Customer service experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
