This position will require in depth knowledge of social media best practices building paid campaigns and budget management, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on performance, and content ideation. and organic posting strategies from concept, execution and optimizations based on data analysis.</p> <p><strong>Where You’ll Make an Impact </strong></p> <ul class="_0ed6a6d6 ab5587c9"> <li>Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends</li> <li>Support property social media managers with anything from customer care, paid campaigns, and organic content to performance reports</li> <li>Ensure social media best practices and brand standards are being followed</li> <li>Ability to manage social media budgets and report on channel ROI</li> <li>Work closely with the digital marketing manager on strategies, standards, and goals</li> <li>Strong understanding of A/B testing best practices to implement, monitor and analyze results for testing plans across three properties</li> <li>Quarterly audit of social media content of competitors and properties and compile actionable insights</li> <li>Provides monthly analytics reports for CMO and department heads</li> <li>Training of new social media team members on social media tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social and Track Maven</li> <li>Collaborate with properties and agencies on monthly content calendars and campaigns (brand awareness, acquisition etc.)</li> <li>Generate content ideas and write copy tailored to drive social media KPI’s</li> <li>Identify and establish KPI’s and benchmarks for the Company</li> <li>Provides deployment/creative strategy for Corp. lead initiatives…i.e. Live! Rewards, PlayLive!
