Job Summary

As a Baggage Handling Ramp Agent, you will work primarily in the subterranean sortation facilities beneath the airport concourses.   • Transfer Operations: Identify and expedite "hot bags" (short connection times) to ensure connecting passengers do not arrive without their belongings.
  • Equipment Operations: Drive electric tugs hauling long trains of baggage carts through the complex underground tunnel systems of the airport.
  • Security Compliance: Work alongside TSA protocols to ensure all checked baggage has been properly screened and cleared for flight.
