<p>*TekSystems is currently hiring for several Medicare Provider Services Representatives. These positions MUST be on EST time zone to qualify!*</p> <p>*MUST HAVE: At least 2-3 years of Medicare, medical, or provider services representative experience.*</p> <p>*Work shifts include:*<br/>- Training: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday, for 4 weeks<br/>- Medicare shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST with rotational Saturdays (weekday off when working a Saturday)</p> <h2>Job Details</h2> <p>START DATE: 9/2/25 and END DATE: 1/30/26</p> <p>The Associate, Provider Service Representative, responds to Department of Health audit calls, acts as a liaison, and handles customer inquiries professionally and accurately.</p> <p>Responsibilities include data input, accessing multiple databases, explaining policies, and understanding all lines of business.</p> <h2>Additional Skills & Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Anticipated call volume: 70-100 inbound calls daily</li> <li>Average call duration: 7 minutes</li> <li>Ability to handle back-to-back calls while documenting notes</li> <li>Strong computer skills and ability to multitask</li> <li>Experience handling 70+ calls</li> </ul> <h2>Pay and Benefits</h2> <p>Pay range: $18.00 - $18.50/hr</p> <p>Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and sick leave.</p> <h2>Work Environment</h2> <p>This is a fully remote position.</p> <h2>Application Deadline</h2> <p>August 21, 2025</p> <h2>About TEKsystems</h2> <p>TEKsystems is a leader in technology and talent services, part of Allegis Group, serving clients globally and committed to diversity and inclusion.</p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
