Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization. Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
