HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [X years] in HR leadership positions. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
