We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our branch located in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. This full-time on-site role involves overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and driving business growth. The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing effective business strategies, managing branch budgets, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations, and fostering strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement business strategies aimed at driving growth and achieving branch sales targets.

- Manage branch budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.

- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver high levels of customer service and operational excellence.

- Monitor branch performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.

- Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and drive overall company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the financial sector.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proficiency in financial and investment management principles.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proven experience in developing business strategies and managing budgets.

- Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
