Drive adoption, overall health, value realization, and renewal readiness, serving as the primary point of contact.</h3></li><li><h3><b>Relationship Management</b>: Build trust and develop strong, multi-threaded relationships across business and technical stakeholders to drive mutual value.</h3></li><li><h3><b>Solution Expertise: </b>Knowledgeable of key product use cases and expected outcomes —to guide customers toward best-practice adoption.</h3></li><li><h3><b>Customer Health and Forecast Discipline</b>: Proactively maintain an accurate rolling 4-quarter outlook of attrition forecast and maniacally manage customer health.</h3></li><li><h3><b>Value <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Realization:  </span></b>Actively engage with customer to calculate ROI derived from Adobe solutions (Productivity and Business Value)</h3></li><li><h3><b>Growth Identification & Expansion:</b> Identify expansion opportunities through product-usage insights, evolving customer needs, and cross-sell alignment</h3></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>What you’ll need to succeed</b></h2><ul><li><h3>A minimum of 5 years’ prior customer success, account management, or sales experience from a high-tech (SaaS) company.</h3></li><li><h3>Deep understanding of Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar solutions.</h3></li><li><h3>You have experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.</h3></li><li><h3>You have led projects from conception to closure and have experience using internal resources to get things done.</h3></li><li><h3>You know how to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.</h3></li><li><h3>Experience running a full sales cycle.</h3></li><li><h3>Strong written and verbal communications.</h3></li><li><h3>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.</h3></li></ul><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 -- $234,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
