What This Role Is (And Isn't)
As an EMS Software Liaison, you are the local, trusted connection between EMS agencies in your area and Unified Solutions. You own the relationship.
This is not a sales job. You will not cold call, push products, hit quotas, or "close" anything. Our first application is always free, so you're never asking anyone to spend a dime. Your role is to build and maintain relationships with agencies you know or naturally connect through your EMS background. When an agency wants a deeper look, our internal specialists handle demos, onboarding, and technical support.
You own the relationship. We handle the rest.
What You'll Actually Do (~2 Hours/Week)
- Have conversations with people you know about what's working and what's not
- Make warm introductions between agencies and our team when it makes sense
- Share short videos or resources when an agency is curious
- Follow up casually to make sure agencies feel supported... not pressured
- Surface situations where free or low-cost tools could genuinely help
No pipeline management. No CRM grind. No technical expertise required.
How We Support You
You're never on your own. Our team includes sales specialists for demos and closing, product experts for technical questions, customer support for onboarding, branded materials you can share, and short training videos for every tool. You focus on relationships... we handle everything else.
Compensation
- $20/hour during training and onboarding
- 30% commission on first-year software revenue from agencies you connect
- 10% ongoing residual commission in subsequent years, as long as you remain their point of contact
Many liaisons help just 2–3 agencies per year and it adds up meaningfully over time.
Requirements
- Active or recent experience in EMS or dispatch (EMT, paramedic, dispatcher, EMS officer, or similar role)
- Strong interpersonal skills (people in your EMS community know and trust you)
- Reliable follow-through and a genuine desire to help agencies access better tools
Preferred (Not Required)
- Leadership experience (chief, captain, supervisor, training officer)
- Experience using, training on, or consulting for EMS software
- Established relationships across multiple agencies in your region
