About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operational activities, including inbound/outbound activities from sourcing locations.
  • Manage overall inbound/outbound capacity levels and warehouse space utilization.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external 3PL partners to address operational challenges.
  • Ensure accuracy of physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies between SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) data.
  • Supervise critical metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Service Level, and Case Fill rates.
  • Analyze inbound and outbound schedules to align with operational targets.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and identify improvement areas.
  • Lead crisis management efforts to address operational disruptions and ensure efficient contingency plans.
  • Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with 3PL partners when performance is optimal.
  • Manage financial aspects of the warehouse, including budgeting and cost control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to work on weekends and after hours once a month
  • Ability to travel occasionally to visit a 3PL in person.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong data analytical skills to research, identify requirements, collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data.
