<p><b>Job Summary</b>:</p><p>The VP - Global Services, Business Transformation is responsible for ensuring stability, change management, adoption, usefulness, prioritization, course-correction, and the long-term success of Global Services digital transformation across Blue Line Food Service Distribution, Blue Line International Supply Chain, Blue Line Equipment, Little Caesars Supply Chain, Champion Foods, and Little Caesars Innovation. This role provides strategic leadership and scalable transformation expertise, partnering closely with executive leadership to align initiatives and business goals, promote digital adoption, and ensure cross-functional coordination.  This role will serve as a collaborative force, complementing existing leadership and driving sustainable change through focused executive oversight, timeline adherence, and delivery of measurable business value.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and lead comprehensive transformation roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives digital transformation across global services.</li><li>Lead multiple workstreams ensuring successful execution, delivery and user adoption of project objectives.</li><li>Oversee the design and delivery of transformation initiatives across functions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.</li><li>Identify and implement enhancements to existing business processes and application solutions, that improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.</li><li>Technical Architecture Design: Collaborate with IT leadership and provide guidance in designing robust and scalable technology architectures to support business growth for global services.</li><li>Demonstrate deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Provide strategic and functional leadership in the design, configuration, and deployment of cloud-based solutions. Partner closely with development and implementation teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and fully leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities for scalability, automation, and best-in-class performance.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business and technology transformation goals.</li><li>Vendor and RFP Management: Manage relationships with vendors and oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to ensure the selection of optimal solutions and systems integration partners.</li><li>Collaborate with Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and other governance functions to ensure that transformation initiatives align with enterprise data policies, regulatory standards, and risk management practices. Support consistency in how data is managed, protected, and leveraged across business processes and systems.</li><li>SLA and KPI Management: Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.</li><li>Act as a consultant to executive leadership, guiding the organization through complex digital and business transformation programs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 20 years relevant work experience with direct accountability for running large and complex business transformation programs with a focus on process improvement, ERP systems, project management and stakeholder management</li><li>Proven track record in transforming business processes, especially in supply chain, finance, and manufacturing.</li><li>Extensive leadership experience in strategic digital and business transformation programs such as ERP implementations, enterprise technology architecture design, and finance transformations, and mergers and acquisitions.</li><li>Expertise in Oracle enterprise applications and Manhattan systems for finance, supply chain, and manufacturing ideally as both an Sr. level implementation consultant and as a business leader role.</li><li>Direct experience managing integration complexities and multi-system dependencies</li><li>Direct experience leading and providing guidance to large cross functional teams</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.</li><li>The ability to travel (domestic or international) up to 75% of the time and adhere to the Little Caesars Travel and Expense Policy.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.  They are not contractual in nature and are subject to change at the discretion of Blue Line Distribution.   </b></i></p><p><i><b>   </b><br>Blue Line Distribution is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
