Job Summary:

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO and Digital Content Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving organic growth and enhancing digital content strategies to elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO, content management, and digital marketing strategies. As part of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital content, improve user engagement, and ensure content aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance visibility and organic search rankings across CVS Healths digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize content creation processes, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality digital content that engages and educates our target audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Monitor and report on website analytics, track SEO performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve digital strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and digital content marketing to maintain competitiveness.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including meta descriptions, headlines, and backlinks.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of content calendars and coordinate content production schedules to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive content development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and digital content management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage digital content strategies from inception to execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.

Experience:
