Senior Corporate Jet Flight Attendant (Long-Haul / Solo Cabin)
Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Jet Flight Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless, and discreet onboard experience for corporate executives and VIP clients on long-haul international flights.
This role requires the ability to independently manage all cabin operations, safety responsibilities, and premium service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Cabin Operations & Guest Experience
Independently manage all cabin duties on long-haul international flights
Deliver refined, personalized service tailored to executive and VIP passengers
Plan, prepare, plate, and serve gourmet meals and premium beverages
Manage cabin setup, presentation, and cleanliness before, during, and after flights
Anticipate passenger needs and adapt service flow for extended flight durations
Safety & Compliance
Act as the sole cabin safety authority when operating independently
Conduct safety briefings in compliance with FAA and company regulations
Perform comprehensive pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight safety checks
Maintain full readiness to respond to emergencies, medical events, or irregular operations
Long-Haul & Trip Planning Responsibilities
Coordinate international catering, provisioning, and special passenger requests
Plan service flow for ultra-long-range flights, including crew rest considerations
Manage inventory, catering documentation, and customs requirements
Ensure cabin readiness for multi-day and multi-leg international trips
Professional Standards & Discretion
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers, destinations, and company operations
Work collaboratively with flight crew, schedulers, and international ground handlers
Represent the flight department with polish, cultural awareness, and discretion
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate or private jet flight attendant
Proven experience operating solo cabin on long-haul international flights
Current or previous FAA-approved cabin crew and safety training
Extensive knowledge of international service standards and VIP expectations
Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility
Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended duty periods
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on ultra-long-range aircraft (Gulfstream, Global, Falcon, BBJ, ACJ)
Formal hospitality, culinary, or fine-dining training
Strong wine, spirits, and international catering knowledge
