We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound chat and email support. In this role, you will assist customers by resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive support experience—without any voice calls.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with written communication and working remotely during CST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer queries via chat and email in a timely manner

  • Resolve issues related to accounts, orders, services, or general inquiries

  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional written responses

  • Document interactions and update customer records in CRM systems

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

  • Meet quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets
