Ihre Aufgaben:

Beantwortung und Lsung einer Vielzahl von Kundenanfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail; bernehmen Sie die Kontrolle ber Situationen und denken Sie mit, um die besten Entscheidungen zu treffen, um Kundenkontakte zu lsen; Beratung und Information der Kunden ber Produkte und Dienstleistungen der Kunden, wobei Sie die Produktivittsstandards der Abteilung und die Qualittsstandards fr die Kundenbetreuung bertreffen; Rechtzeitige und korrekte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen nach vordefinierten Regeln, wenn eine Eskalation erforderlich ist; Verstndnis von Kundenbedrfnissen, um die beste Lsung fr jeden einzelnen Kunden im Einklang mit unseren wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren zu finden; Gleichzeitiges Navigieren in mehreren Systemen, um elektronische Datenstze umgehend und genau zu aktualisieren; Proaktive Untersttzung und Hilfe fr Kollegen und Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Der Bewerber: Sehr gute Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache (Niveau C1); Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache (mindestens Niveau B2); Erfahrung in einem Contact Center oder in einer kundenorientierten Funktion ist von Vorteil; Kann sich schnell an Vernderungen bei Produkten, Verfahren und Technologien anpassen; Nachgewiesene hervorragende Anwesenheit und Zeiteinteilung; verfgt ber gute Computerkenntnisse
