Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!<br><br><strong>Why you'll love this job<br><br></strong><ul><li>In conjunction with station management and other operating groups, this position is responsible for coordinating all phases of domestic and / or international projects, including new and seasonal station openings, new aircraft types entering stations for the first time, terminal moves, small scale back office refresh projects and other ad hoc projects as directed. </li><li>Also responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. Project management includes requirements definition, business case development, status reporting and implementation.</li><li>This role is a part of the Airport Performance and Support Team within our Airport Readiness group.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Coordinates new station start-ups and closures</li><li>Plans, directs and coordinates activities for multiple projects in a fast paced environment</li><li>Works with station leadership to coordinate all aspects of Customer Experience projects</li><li>Supports station leadership by communicating and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met</li><li>Conducts project meetings, completes project tracking / analysis and reports issues and risks to leadership and business owners</li><li>Coordinates closely with various departments including Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR, Corporate Real Estate, Government Affairs, Tech Ops, Security, In-Flight, IT and Finance</li><li>Anticipates problems, identifies issues and drives resolution to challenges that may impact project completion or timeline</li><li>Conducts airport site visits to assess conditions, infrastructure and customer journey</li><li>Assist in preparation of business case justifications for resources required to complete projects</li><li>Coordinates with Finance to accrue for expected project costs<br><br></li></ul><strong>All you'll need for success<br><br></strong><strong>Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training</li><li>3 years of airline experience</li><li>Familiarity with airport operations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Project Management certification</li><li>Experience managing facility related projects<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Licenses & Certifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to build consensus among workgroups on necessary changes</li><li>Strong work ethic that independently drives results</li><li>Knowledge of corporate policies and operational processes and procedures</li><li>Ability to work well within a team environment</li><li>An interest in or passion for continuous improvement</li><li>Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable <br><br></li></ul><strong>Language/Communication Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization</li><li>Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
