Your role

You will be a subject matter expert on global payroll and have experience building out scalable payroll technology in support of a product roadmap:

  • Ensure complete and accurate payroll for all Omnipresent and client employees globally;
  • Liaise with service providers and incountry partners in a range of countries as and when required to ensure the accuracy of all payrolls;
  • Ensure accurate customer invoicing following finalised payroll calculations in line with our business model;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes including administration;
  • Support sales calls directly and provide expert knowledge to our sales teams to enable them to sell our products and respond rapidly to client questions;
  • Be the client point of contact for payroll specific queries;
  • Any additional duties relevant to your role.
    • Youve done all of these things..

      • Operational payroll experience, preferably in the payroll industry, building and managing complex global payroll systems
      • Experience driving creative solutions with and effectively informing the roadmap of crossfunctional teams
      • Experience critically evaluating a problem from multiple, oftentimes competing perspectives, identifying the optimal solution, and aligning stakeholders on the solution
      • Strong understanding of global payroll vendor technology, including relevant risks and regulations.
      • A track record of leading and proactively managing endtoend execution of projectsprograms that have transformed their companys payroll operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
      • A proclivity for working in an ambiguous, fastpaced environment as well as the horsepower to balance multiple priorities
