What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process customer orders by telephone, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after four months in the role
- Solve routine and complex customer problems, escalating issues to a supervisor as necessary
- Document all customer interactions in the designated system
- Operate the phone system effectively and display superior customer service skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills and solid communication abilities, including verbal, written, and listening skills
- Proficient in computer usage and must have high-speed internet for remote work
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute and manage multiple tasks efficiently
